This button produces a list showing
- Student Name
- Year Level
- Room Number
The computer will automatically work through a number of steps:
1. First, it will enter FIND mode where you can specify your search criteria. You should enter the name of the excursion/camp and the date and any other criteria you wish to include (eg. Year Level).
2. Click 'Continue'.
3. Next, it will FIND all the records defined by your criteria and sort them by 'Year Level' and then 'Last Name'.
4. It will then go to the 'Room List' layout and enter PREVIEW mode. It will pause for you to check whether you are happy with the report.
5. Click the print icon at the top of the screen.
6. Click 'Continue'. You will return to the Camp/Excursion Details layout, in Browse mode (back to where you started).
