Excursion List 1

Clicking this button will produce a printable list of all students attending a particular excursion/camp. As well as name and form details, it includes dietary, medical and other notes, and a column indicating whether or not they have returned their form.

Excursion List 2

This button produces another list, in a slightly different format. It doesn't include all the medical/dietary details, and instead of 'Form', it has a column for 'Year Level'. This is the sort of list you might use as a Bus List, or to put on the Excursion Noticeboard in the Staff Room, etc.

The computer will automatically work through a number of steps:

1. First, it will enter FIND mode where you can specify your search criteria. You should enter the name of the excursion and the date.

2. Click 'Continue'.

3. Next, it will FIND all the records defined by your criteria and sort them by 'Form' and then 'Last Name'.

4. It will then go to the 'Camp List 1' layout and enter PREVIEW mode. It will pause for you to check whether you are happy with the report.

5. Click the print icon at the top of the screen.

6. Click 'Continue'. You will return to the Camp/Excursion Details layout, in Browse mode (back to where you started).
