Clicking this button will produce a list of exam enrolments, grouped under teacher names (the sort of list you would want teachers to check to make sure all the details are correct).
It includes the following information:
- Student Last Name
- First Name
- Form
- Exam Subject
- Grade
- Accompanist requirement
When you click this button, the computer will automatically work through a number of steps:
1. Firstly, it will enter FIND MODE, and a dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm or edit the search criteria. You will notice that search criteria have been entered in the 'Year' field i.e. the current year, and the 'Status' field i.e. 'Current'. (Records are determined to be current if they do not have a result or 'Withdrew' entered in the 'Result' field.) If you wish to alter the search criteria, you can do so at this point. Otherwise, go straight to Step 2.
2. Click 'Continue' at the top right of the screen.
3. The computer will then FIND the records specified by your criteria and sort them by Teacher Full Name.
4. It will then take you to a different LAYOUT of this information (the 'Teacher Checklist' layout).
5. It will then pause for you to have a look at the information.
6. If you're happy with the Preview, click the Print icon at the top of the screen.
7. You can then click 'Continue' at the top right of the screen and it will take you back to the 'Exam Details' layout, in Browse Mode (back to where you started).
