Selecting this button will produce a printable list of your Music/Book resources. The computer will automatically work through a number of steps:
First it will enter FIND mode where you can specify your criteria. You will notice that the Category field already has 'Music/Books' selected. If you want a list of ALL your Music/Books, simply select Continue at the top right of the screen. Otherwise, you can type in additional criteria to further modify your search (eg. you may wish to type in a Sub-Category at this point.)
It will then SORT the records by Title.
It will then go to the 'Catalogue' layout and show the records in 'Browse' mode.
The records can be sorted differently on this screen by selecting the column headings or by using the Sort button in the toolbar to include more than one field in the sort order.
Records can be exported to Excel by selecting the Save as Excel button.
To print the list, select Preview in the toolbar, then Print or Save as PDF. Select Exit Preview to return to Browse mode, then select the 'X' to close this window.
