To access this view go to Room Usage, go to Today > Room Usage. This view displays calendar entries for a specific date arranged by room.
To change the displayed rooms, click on the room headings and select a room in the dropdown. The New Record button (the green plus icon) can be used to add additional rows. The displayed date can be changed by clicking the date at the top of the screen or selecting Prev or Next.
Calendar entries can be opened and edited when selected.
