The Loans & Hire Proof is a summarised report showing total students and total fees for each exam type. As a ‘proof’ report, this report is intended to be produced immediately after a billing run using the same search criteria.
To produce the Loans & Hire Proof, navigate to the ‘Billing’ category in ‘What Do You Want to Do?’ and select ‘Loans & Hire Proof’.
The script opens the Loans & Hire File in find mode with pre-set find requests which can be edited before continuing.
The script will then generate the Loans & Hire Proof from the found set.
