All Music Monitor support is conducted via the screen-sharing program TeamViewer. TeamViewer provides a quick, high-performance screen-sharing experience, which allows us to assist as efficiently as possible.

The Music Monitor QuickSupport TeamViewer app can be downloaded here.

The app does not need to be installed and can be stored on your desktop. When opened, the app will pre-fill a session code and name for your computer. Once the session code is generated, a member of the Music Monitor Team can initiate a screen-share by sending a pop-up prompt for you to accept or reject.

Alternatively, you may choose to install the full version of TeamViewer. This will allow you to connect with people outside the Music Monitor Team.
