The Rehearsals File contains records details on rehearsal which can be used to produce rehearsal advice slips and timetables.
Rehearsal advice slips can be produced for a group to students. A slip is produced for each student listing personalised rehearsal details.
To produce Rehearsal Advice Slips, navigate to the ‘Exams’ Category in ‘What Do You Want to Do?’ and select ‘Print Rehearsal Advice Slips for Students’.
The script will work through several steps, starting with generating a find request which can be customised before continuing.
The script then generates the slips and displays them for review. On selecting continue, the script will offer the opportunity to edit the slips.
On continuing, the slips can be printed.
