The New South Wales Department of Education regularly requires conservatoriums to complete a Program Performance Report. As the questions are wide ranging and can vary from report to report, and because different conservatoriums face unique circumstances, there is no singular or static method from completing the report.
In preparation for the report, it is critical to maintain the quality and comprehensiveness of data entered in Music Monitor. This includes making sure attendance records are complete and accurate for all teachers, entering all possible students into Music Monitor and tracking all activities conducted by the conservatorium.
Total teaching hour questions can be answered using the tools in the ‘Twice-Yearly Reporting Procedures’ section under ‘Admin’.
Most other questions can be answered using the ‘Statistics’ layout in the Students File. This will require conducting multiple finds.
