The Mail Alert Table records details for additional contacts for students. Each contact recorded here can be linked to multiple students. Additional contacts recorded this way are addressed in all emails sent to parents. If contacts should not be included in these emails, no email address should be entered.
Schools that import student data from a school database can also import data into the Mail Alert Table. Otherwise, contacts must be created and deleted manually.
This table may be accessed via a portal. Schools that import student details can access this portal by selecting the yellow pencil icon on a student’s record. Schools and conservatoriums that manually enter student data can access this portal in the Additional Contacts & Siblings Tab in the student’s record.
