The Hire Fees file stores your hire & loan fees for instruments and other items. In the Hire Fees file, you can create, edit and delete different fees. The fees recorded here are used to populate the dropdown list when selecting a fee for a loan. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After editing records in this file, select the ‘Re-Lookup’ button to apply the changes to current loans & hire.
