Enrolments can be reported on by Term and Year with two scripts – one for ensemble enrolments and a second for tuition enrolments. Both scripts find records using attendance records, so they will only function if the Roll Marking Module was used for the given term and year.  

To produce these reports, navigate to the ‘Statistics’ category in ‘What Do You Want to Do?’ and select ‘Ensemble Enrolments by Term and Year’ or ‘Tuition Enrolments by Term and Year’. 

The script will first ask for the term and year to find. Next, it will offer the opportunity to add further search criteria. Finally, it will generate the report. The report can be adjusted, before printing or exporting.
