An individual Hire Fee can be sent the Student Accounts File as a line item with the ‘Send This One to Accounts File’ button in the Loans & Hire Form Layout. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The script will run through several steps, including asking for details and headings for the line item. It will finish by displaying the generated line item in the Student Accounts File. 

Alternatively, all current hires can be sent to accounts in a batch. To do so, navigate to the ‘Billing’ category in ‘What Do You Want to Do?’ and select ‘Send Instrument Hire Fees to Accounts File’.
